The You’re Hired! If Your Soft Skills Work program was developed to consist of two phases. The first phase is a traditional 4-H learning environment that utilizes the experiential learning model to teach skills and concepts. This curriculum was written to allow for many opportunities for youth to practice and observe the soft skills in the classroom as a group. The skills are reinforced by E-Learning activities and take home assignments.
